After a sold-out debut show in 2023, Gluestick is proud to bring acclaimed American rapper JID back to Hong Kong, continuing our commitment to bringing world-class hip-hop talent to our hometown. Known for his razor-sharp lyrics, genre-blending sound, and high-energy live shows, JID has become one of the most respected voices in today’s hip-hop scene.

Signed to J. Cole’s Dreamville Records, JID has gained global recognition through critically praised projects like DiCaprio 2 and The Forever Story, along with standout tracks such as the mega-viral “Surround Sound,” “Enemy,” “151 Rum,” and more. His work has also been boosted by collaborations with major artists including J. Cole, 21 Savage, Lil Wayne, and Imagine Dragons.

• 所有門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。如有任何損毀、或遺失企位／不設劃位之門票，一概不受理任何補票。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用、轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業／團體用途，場地管理方及活動主辦方有權取消該門票。
• 嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 演出可能包含強光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。

Venue Entry Conditions

• All patrons are required to go through bag search procedure before entering the venue.
• No re-admission is allowed; ticket is considered void after exit the venue.

Important Notice

• Each ticket admits ONE (1) person only.
• Age limit for Standing event: 12 or above AND Height limit: 140cm or above.
• Any outside food and drinks, or any kinds of drink bottles are not permitted to be brought into venue.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. No re-issue of damaged or lost tickets (neither standing nor free seating) in any cases.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. Venue and the event organiser reserve the right to void any tickets if they are used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items are not permitted.
• Strobe lighting and smoke may occur during the performance, please contact onsite medical staff or security officer if feeling unwell or require any assistances.
• Venue cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstructions during an event.
• Venue and the event organiser reserve all rights to make final decision in case of any disputes.

Prohibited Items

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording;
• All professional cameras, GoPro or other action cameras, video/voice recording devices and tablets;
• Selfie sticks;
• Banners, posters, flags, signs, and any unauthorized promotional, commercial, political, religious, or offensive items, including but not limited to leaflets, stickers, or flyers;
• Any personal belongings larger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches);
• Glass, cans, plastic or reuseable bottles, metal drink containers or thermal bottles/cups;
• Stools/folded chairs;
• Long umbrellas;
• Inflated objects, balloons or remote-controlled aerial device or toy (e.g. model helicopters or drones);
• Musical instruments not involved with the performance;
• Hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects;
• Possessing or using fireworks, pyro or laser device;
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping;
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs;
• Animals (except police dog / assist dog);
• Any other items deemed harmful or a public nuisance by venue.

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

1. 本活動採用全電子門票形式。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到電子門票 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，入場時以手提電話出示 QR Code。
   Only e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful purchase. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code at entry.

   An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
5. 訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
6. 每張門票需要收取 HK$12 KKTIX 平台服務費。所有已繳付的平台服務費 (或任何手續費) 於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees (or any other handling fees) charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
8. 此活動為全場企位：企位區不設排隊序號，請根據現場工作人員安排入場。
   This is an all standing event. Queuing number will not be offered for standing zones, please follow the admission arrangements at the venue.
9. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
10. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
    KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all terms and conditions if you complete your order.
2. 企位觀眾年齡限制：12 歲或以上；以及身高限制：140 厘米或以上。
   Age limit for Standing event: 12 or above AND Height limit: 140cm or above.
3. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠道、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
4. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
5. 主辦單位有權要求入場人士出示有效身份證明文件正本（包括香港居民身份證或澳門居民身份證、來往港澳通行證或護照），作核實身份之用，恕不接受任何形式的身份證明文件副本。
   The Organiser reserves the right to verify the participants’ identity. Any participant who fails to produce his/her valid identity document or whose identity is not found to be matched will not be allowed to admission. Acceptable proof of identity documents are: HKID Card, Macau ID Card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau or Passport. No copies of any form of identification documents will be accepted.
   
6. 每票只限一人及入場一次；門票不可轉讓、不可兌換、不可退款，並且僅在門票上印刷的日期有效。在任何情況下，不會重新發行任何丟失的門票。
   Each ticket admits one (1) person only; ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and only valid on the printed date of the ticket. No reissue for any lost ticket will be processed under any circumstances.
   
7. 此活動之門票為不記名門票，請勿將票券 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
   The tickets for this event are bearer tickets. Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket to avoid any unauthorized admission.
8. 未經授權複製門票可能會阻止您進入場。若有人非法 (或企圖) 轉售門票，門票可被檢取或取消並無法獲得退款或賠償。
   Unauthorized duplication of the ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. Unlawful resale (or attempted) is ground for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation.
   
9. 節目資料只供參考，活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
   The programme information is provided for reference only. The Organiser reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
   
10. 為確保活動安全及入場人士的秩序，主辦單位及其職員有權拒絕或限制進入部分活動場地的人數，入場人士須遵守主辦單位及其職員的相關安排及指示。
    The Organiser may refuse to or restrict the number of participant(s) to admit to or having access to a part of the venue if the Organiser reasonably believes that the refusal or restriction is necessary to ensure safety or order. The participants shall comply with all directions and requests of the Organiser given or made for the purpose of ensuring safety or order.
11. 持票者須遵守主辦單位及場館的各項規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，可被拒進場並不獲退款。請參閱場地公告之守則。
    Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, they could be rejected for entry without a refund. Please refer to the house rules of the venue.
12. 如活動當日懸掛黑色暴雨警告或八號或以上烈風信號，節目將會取消。請於節目當日留意主辦單位的最新消息。有關任何惡劣天氣的緊急安排將透過以下途徑通知相關訊息：香港Gluestick Entertainment社交媒體及電子郵件。
    If the Black Rainstorm Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued, the event will be cancelled. All the inclement weather arrangements will be announced on the Organiser’s Facebook and Instagram or via email.
    
13. 現場禁止攜帶外來食物或飲品。
    No outside food or drink is allowed.
14. 活動期間嚴禁使用任何器材攝影、錄影、錄音、直播或使用閃光燈。如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動的影音資料。
    Photography, videotaping, audio recording, live streaming and the use of flashing lights are strictly prohibited. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately. 
15. 主辦單位或其他授權方可能不時在場地內進行攝影、錄影或其他監控活動，並可能拍攝到入場人士的影像。主辦單位保留在任何形式的宣傳、廣告或公共宣傳材料中永久使用這些材料的權利。
    From time to time the Organiser or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring within the venue which may feature participants. The Organiser reserves the right to use these materials in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format. Participants accept and agree that the Organiser may take and use your images or video recordings for commercial purposes.
    
16. 入場人士明白這是一個現場音樂活動，參加這個活動可能會暴露於高音樂聲、明亮的燈光（包括閃光燈）和其他聲音和視覺效果之中。
    Participants acknowledge this is a live music event and that attendance at this event may expose them to loud music, bright lighting (including strobe lighting), and other audio and visual effects.
    
17. 除非法律要求，無論是由於我們的疏忽或其他原因，主辦單位在任何情況下都不對您遭受的任何損害、損失或人身傷害負責。
    Except where required by law, under no circumstances are the Organiser liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by you, whether the same is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
    
18. 如有任何票務爭議，Gluestick Entertainment保留最終決定權。
    In case of ticket disputes, the decision of Gluestick Entertainment shall be final.
    
19. 如中文及英文條款及細則不一致，應以英文原版為準。
    In the event there are inconsistencies between the English and Chinese Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20. 本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
21. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示門票入場。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的門票。
    Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
22. 主辦單位或場館職員有權拒絕遲到者入場，並有權決定遲到者的入場時間及方式。
    The organizer and the management of the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers and the right to determine the time and the manner in which latecomers are to admitted.
23. 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
    All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
24. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
    If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
25. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更、終止此活動及更換演出嘉賓之權利，並恕不另行通知。
    The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event or replace performers if necessary without prior notice.
26. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
